EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS

The cost of co-hosting a conference of this nature is quite expensive, a good portion of which must be borne through the registration fees assessed.  Sponsorships are being solicited from a variety of interested business parties.  Sponsorships can broaden the scope of the conference by providing additional activities and events that would not be possible without your support.  The sponsored activities and the various sponsorship levels can be viewed by clicking on the Sponsorship button below.  Any and all donations are appreciated and will help the Association have the best conference ever. 

You also have a chance to exhibit, display, and talk about your program, services and products with a large and interested audience at the conference. Fifteen spaces for exhibitors are available outside the meeting rooms in the John Q. Hammons Convention Center.  Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Sponsors and exhibitors are welcome at any time. After Auguest 28, 2009, the conference program will be finalized; therefore, any reference in the sponsorship or exhibit information or application to a listing in the program will be void.
