The Friends of the Library organization was begun in 1985. Since then, with the proceeds from the annual spring Book Sale, sponsorship of library plays, and memberships, they have funded "McGregor's Garden" in the Children's Library and have purchased for the Library an automated circulation system, library furniture, and shelving.
The Friends meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
