The Miami Public Library Board consists of six members, who must be residents of the city of Miami. Members are appointed by the mayor, subject to confirmation by the Board of Commissioners.
The six-member Library Board meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 12:00 in the second-floor Conference Room of the library.
