Select Tools then Email Accounts
Next, select add new account and click the “Next” button.
Next, select the “pop3″ server choice and click the “Next” button
Next, enter your name, email address (username@domain.name), incoming and outgoing email servers (mailhost.domain.name) and your password as shown below. If you wish to have your mail client remember your password, select the Remember password box otherwise, you will be prompted to enter it when you open your email client. Then click the Next button.
You will then receive the Congratulations dialog. Click Finish.
