Reason: Router hardware maintenance.

Description: Router hardware maintenance is required to upgrade core routers in both OKC and Tulsa. The router in OKC is completely redundant in design and should have no service impact. The router in Tulsa is redundant as well but has additional connections which will impact hubsites in Sallisaw, Poteau and Bartlesville. Maintenance should require 15 to 20 minutes for complete router reload, but the full maintenance window is reserved.
