OUSF
Oklahoma Universal Service Fund was created by the Oklahoma Telecommunications Act of 1997. Applicants applying for reimbursement from the OUSF must meet certain eligibility criteria. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission is the governing entity over the funds. A copy of the Permanent Rules is available below to see if your school, library or telemedicine service is eligible for this funding. Applications for the OUSF funding are provided below. The applications must be completed and notarized prior to submitting to OneNet.
Schools
The application for the schools require a list of buildings in order to determine the funding available. Each eligible building will receive up to $246 credit. Requirements for an eligible building
- the building must contain an instructional classroom
- the building must receive internet
