OneNet prices and fees are for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004.  Please keep in mind that all rates and conditions are subject to change annually. Should new rates and/or categories be established, they will be announced in the fall of the current state fiscal year. All rate changes will then become effective July 1 of the subsequent state fiscal year.
