ATT has a widespread network outage that is causing connectivity issues for OneNet Customers through out the state of Oklahoma. No ETA is available at this time.

OneNet Email Server Restored

OneNet’s old email server ha been restored. Only those customers that have not migrated to the new C-Panel Server were effected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused those customers. If you are on the old email server and wish to be migrated to C-Panel please contact the helpdesk and they will assist you in setting up a time to make the transition. The helpdesk can be reached at 888-566-3638 opt. 2

Indian Nations Fiber Optics Maintenance effects Purcell Area

Date of Maintenance: 8-17-11 Start/Stop: 12:01 – 6:00 AM CST (Local time)

Contractor damaged conduit and fiber while working on US Highway 77. DWDM system must be moved to different fiber and buffer tube…

INFO has installed new fiber and will be moving working and protect a singe fiber at a time. This should not cause any outage or down time however switching hits may occur due to the DWDM rerouting the traffic.

Goodwell Hub Maintenance

Pioneer network technicians will perform an IOS upgrade on Tuesday morning August 16, 2011 beginning at 12:01 am. This upgrade will place all circuits off Goodwell out of service until upgrade is complete.

The upgrade is not expected to take down service for a long period of time but the entire window of 12:01 am to 2:00 am is reserved.

Muskogee Hubsite Outage Effective Immediately

All clients off the Muskogee hubsite will experience an outage due to the local power company replacing the power supply to the hub. The outage is expected to be for 4-5 hours beginning very soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Enid Hub Upgrade/Outage March 15, 2011

Network engineers will be preforming Router upgrades on the Enid Hubsite on March 15, 2011 at 10:00 PM which will result in a brief outage. Although we expect the maintenance to only take about 30 minutes we reserve the entire window of 10:00 pm to 12:00 am

Durant Hub Upgrade/Outage March 15, 2011
