Legacy messaging system storage failure
By Brian • May 10th, 2010 • Category: EmailThe legacy messaging system went down at 3:30PM on Saturday, May 8th due to a storage array failure. We have been working the issue since the original time of the failure. The array is online again. We are currently working to correct filesystem corruption issues. Current ETR is between 10AM and 12PM today.
The service was back online for most users at about 11:30 AM. At this time all accounts should be functioning normally.
